Who is eligible to attend graduation?  You may be eligible to attend graduation if you meet the following criteria... • Completed on all your course units • Completed a Certificate II or higher in 2016 • Have no outstanding fees or fines (ie. library) What if I do not pass my course? If you register to attend the 2017 graduation ceremony and are unsuccessful in passing your course or discover you can no longer attend you will need to apply for a refund.  You can do this by visiting grad.kangan.edu.au/refunds and completing the application form. Instructions 1.) You must complete an online registration within the specified time frame or you will not be able to attend.  2.) You will receive an automated confirmation of purchase via email after you register yourself or purchase tickets for family and friends.  3.) If you do not receive a confirmation email or make an error during the process email specialevents@kangan.edu.au and a staff member will be able to assist.  Important Dates Monday 10 October 2016 – graduand registration and ticket sales open Monday 13 February 2017- graduand registration close Wednesday 22 February - guest ticket sales close Ticket Costs Guest Ticket - $25.00 Graduating Student Registration (Certificate II, III & IV)- $45.00 Graduating Student Registration (Diploma & Advanced Diploma) - $60.00* *It is an academic requirement that Diploma & Advanced Diploma students wear trenchers (academic caps), this cost has been built into the registration fee. What is included in my ticket? Graduating Student Registration (Diploma & Advanced Diploma):  Your ticket cost includes pre-event canapes, ceremony participation, the hire of your graduation gown and stole and the purchase of your trencher. The cost of the trencher (academic cap) is built into your graduation registration cost and the item is yours to keep after the event. Graduating Student Registration (Certificate II, III & IV): Your ticket cost includes pre-event canapes, ceremony participation, the hire of your graduation gown and stole. Guest ticket: Your ticket cost includes pre-event canapés and ceremony attendance.
