The closing date to register your attendance for the graduation ceremony is Sunday 1 December.

How long is the graduation ceremony?
The graduation ceremony will last approximately 45-60 minutes depending on the number of graduates.

Am I allowed to bring children?
Children are welcome to attend the Graduation and Awards Ceremony.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please remember this is a formal event and all guests including children are expected to act in an appropriate manner.
Please note that graduating students will not be sitting with their guests.

Can I leave once my name has been called to the stage?
No. Once you have been called to the stage and been handed your scroll you must return to your allocated seat.
You are required to stay until the ceremony has been completed. Support your fellow graduates.

Am I allowed to take photographs or videos of the ceremony?
Family and friends are more than welcome to take photos and or videos of the ceremony; you must remain seated at all times. There will be a professional photographer available before and after the ceremony – this is an optional service and a fee will apply.
